Senior Associate Brand Manager – Ready-To-Drink (RTD) Beverages
As a Senior Associate Brand Manager for Ready-To-Drink (RTD) Beverages, you will play a key role in executing brand strategies, activation plans, budget management, and new business development (NBD) initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence, Operations, Finance, Compliance, agencies, trade partners, and suppliers to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
📈 Strategic Execution & Business Growth
- Implement strategic and annual marketing plans that align with sales and profit objectives.
- Support the development and execution of new business opportunities that drive category and brand expansion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Collaborate across functions to drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and overall profitability.
- Monitor progress against annual plans, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), volume, and profit goals to ensure timely execution and budget adherence.
🎨 Marketing & Agency Collaboration
- Partner with agencies to develop impactful creative solutions, packaging, promotional materials, public relations efforts, and media strategies.
- Assist in executing and evaluating marketing activations that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
📊 Data-Driven Decision Making & Process Optimization
- Leverage data analytics tools to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development of action plans to address gaps and enhance brand strategies.
- Ensure key initiatives align with Business Category Strategic Plans (BCSPs) to maximize efficiency.
🚀 Project & Resource Management
- Set clear priorities for yourself and project teams, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain transparency by effectively communicating project roles, updates, and priorities.
- Utilize the PPT system to track and update project progress.
🎯 Professional Development & Growth
- Use the PDS system to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve skills.
- Follow a structured action plan to develop new expertise aligned with career goals.
- Track personal and professional progress through the CDS system to ensure continuous development.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
✔ At least 2 years of experience in a related role.
✔ Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.
✔ Willingness to travel as needed.
✔ Proficiency in technology and systems, with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
✔ Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
✔ Project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
➕ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
➕ Experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
➕ Background in budgeting, planning, and financial analysis.
➕ 1+ year of experience in New Business Development.
➕ 1+ year of experience managing an advertising agency.
