Solutions Engineer – Notable
Notable, a leading intelligent automation company for healthcare, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their go-to-market team. This role focuses on aligning Notable’s technology solutions with the unique needs of healthcare providers, payors, and enterprises, driving new market growth.

About the Role:
You will own technical sales deliverables, provide front-end sales support, deliver impactful product demonstrations, collaborate with internal teams, support the sales process, and contribute to solution marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master the competitive landscape and articulate value propositions.
- Create and present customized product demonstrations.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations at client sites, understanding their enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Support the sales process and communicate product value.
- Contribute to solution marketing materials.
- Address product and implementation inquiries.
- Support Proof of Concepts/Pilots.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years of Sales Engineering/Solutions Engineering experience in a SaaS/PaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and healthcare IT systems (EHRs, Practice Management Systems, HL7, FHIR).
- Exceptional demo skills and experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
- Ability to connect customer business problems with software solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
- Bonus: Prior management/leadership experience in sales engineering.

Compensation Range:
- $105,000 – $165,000
