Company Overview
Spark empowers independent Medicare brokers to grow their ideal insurance businesses. As the only platform built exclusively for Medicare, we deliver best-in-class technology, along with dedicated agent services and exceptional customer support.
The impact? Remarkable growth. Partner agencies typically more than double their enrollment volume year over year. While we’re proud to be the fastest-growing Medicare brokerage in the country, we’re even more proud to collaborate with the industry’s top professionals.
About the Job
Spark is a mission-driven startup revolutionizing the Medicare brokerage industry. We empower independent brokers with modern tools and services to help them grow their businesses and better serve beneficiaries. Despite the critical role brokers play in helping retirees choose the right plans, the industry’s tech and support systems remain outdated—Spark is here to change that.
In just five years, we’ve partnered with over 6,000 brokers and facilitated coverage for more than 140,000 Medicare beneficiaries, making us the fastest-growing Medicare brokerage in the U.S. Our brokers see an average of over 100% growth after joining Spark, and our track record speaks for itself: a 91 NPS and 93% client retention rate during rapid expansion.
With a remote-first, rapidly growing team of 90, we’re backed by top-tier investors following our recent Series B round. Our team brings experience from leading organizations in tech, healthcare, and insurance. We’re excited about the road ahead—and we’re always looking for driven, empathetic individuals to join us.
