Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture and implementation of major new projects and features, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with design, product management, and leadership teams to scope projects and provide expert technical guidance.
- Offer technical mentorship to the engineering team, sharing best practices in systems design, engineering principles, and technical debt management.
- Conduct design and code reviews, assisting team members in overcoming complex technical challenges.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and customers on project-related technical matters.
About You
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer with hands-on involvement in production environments.
- 1+ years of experience leading a team or playing a key role in driving technical direction.
- Strong understanding of technical design decisions and their impact on system performance and maintainability.
- Proven ability to work closely with product and design teams, translating ambiguous challenges into well-defined technical solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical leadership, making informed trade-offs and facilitating design discussions and code reviews.
- Experience mentoring and coaching engineers, fostering professional growth and measurable skill development.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $150,000 – $300,000 per year (based on location, skills, and experience).
