You will have a good understanding of the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the key principles underpinning the legislation. You will be able to put this knowledge into practice or willing to take responsibility for your development in these areas, where training and guidance will be provided.
You will take a strengths-based approach to prevention and work creatively to help people find solutions to reduce the need for planned support. You will have cultural appreciation of our farming and military communities.
