Job Summary:

The Social Media Specialist will focus on growing and engaging audiences for both Richtech Robotics and Clouffee & Tea, maintaining a consistent high-tech brand identity. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and improve brand perception.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality posts, client stories, and campaigns.
  • Paid Promotion: Manage budgets and execute paid social media campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor metrics (follower growth, engagement, brand perception) and provide actionable insights.
  • Platform Management: Oversee content scheduling, community management, and account interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and strategy execution.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and paid advertising tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create engaging content.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in tech, high-tech, or food & beverage industries is a plus.
