Argon Agency seeks a results-driven Social Media Specialist to represent our clients across various social media channels. You will be the voice of their brands, researching relevant topics and trends, curating visual content, developing engaging copy, scheduling posts, and managing social interactions. Success will be measured by increased brand awareness, improved social analytics, and higher lead/sale conversions.
Requirement: A portfolio showcasing your ability to generate results through graphics and photo/video content across social media platforms is required for this role.

Job Summary:
The Social Media Specialist will enhance clients’ online presence through strategic social media management.
Responsibilities:

- Oversee tasks for junior social media assistants (if applicable).
- Understand audience preferences.

- Schedule social media content.
- Stay up-to-date on social media platforms and updates.
- Respond to customer comments, questions, and concerns.
- Occasional weekend availability.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in social media and branding.
- Familiarity with all major social media platforms.
- Professional client and internal interaction skills.
- Organized with strong self-management and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create high volumes of engaging content.
- Understanding of online and social media marketing best practices.
