Social Media Specialist – Industrial Painter
Industrial Painter, a growing company specializing in commercial and industrial painting across the US, seeks an entry-level Social Media Specialist to manage its B2B social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube. We are committed to building strong customer relationships and being a premier business partner.
Position Overview:
The Social Media Specialist will develop and execute B2B social media content strategies, create a dynamic content calendar, and provide actionable insights through analytics reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy Development: Design and implement B2B social media strategies focused on engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Content Creation and Scheduling: Produce, curate, and post engaging content across various platforms. Maintain a content calendar.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report key metrics to management, using insights to optimize content and strategies.
- Trend and Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to recommend new strategies or platforms.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team and other departments for consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing B2B social media.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and visual content creation skills.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work onsite initially, transitioning to a hybrid model after training.
