Social Media Specialist (Community Management) – Wynn Las Vegas
Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. This role focuses on developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies and leading the activation and management of Wynn Las Vegas’ social platforms, particularly Meta, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and entertainment, stays up-to-date on trends, and can strategically use social platforms to support Wynn Las Vegas’ priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals, emphasizing Meta, Instagram, and TikTok inboxes.
- Create and manage social media campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and conversions on Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitor and manage all social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Meta).
- Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers, focusing on Meta, Instagram, and TikTok inboxes.
- Monitor social media trends, news, and competitor activity, particularly on Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, customer service) for cohesive brand messaging.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns, especially on Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, ad creation, and optimization, focusing on Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Stay current with social media best practices and trends.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in social media, preferably in entertainment, nightlife, or luxury brands.
- Experience identifying target audiences and developing effective campaigns.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
- Passion for entertainment and lifestyle.
- Deep understanding of social media, pop culture, music, entertainment news, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strategic and creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask.
