Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for AdsWizz, Simplecast, and AudioGO.
- Align social media objectives with broader marketing and business goals to strengthen brand presence.
- Lead engagement initiatives to drive follower growth, brand awareness, customer loyalty, and lead generation.
- Identify and recommend strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand audience reach.
- Utilize performance data and audience insights to optimize social media growth and refine strategies.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and oversee both organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
Content Development
- Manage the end-to-end content development process, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
- Create engaging, on-brand content tailored to target audiences across various platforms.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain content consistency and cohesion.
Content Publishing
- Oversee and manage publishing schedules for social media content.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution across platforms.
- Adapt publishing strategies based on audience engagement trends and evolving platform algorithms.
Community Management
- Foster relationships with key communities, influencers, and brand partners.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and inquiries in a brand-appropriate manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a thriving, engaged online community.
Reporting, Research, & Insights
- Generate detailed performance reports, analyzing KPIs, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Leverage audience data to refine targeting, content strategy, and engagement tactics.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging platforms, recommending innovative social media approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience managing social media, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Proven success in developing and executing impactful social media strategies.
- Strong writing and content creation skills with a keen ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools (Sprout Social experience is a plus).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A creative, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for social media trends and innovations.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
