About the Job
Clarience Technologies seeks a Social Media Manager to support their corporate brand’s social media presence. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role requires extensive knowledge of social networks and online marketing strategies. The manager will work with the marketing department to ensure alignment with branding and messaging objectives, develop a yearly social media plan aligned with broader marketing goals, create channel-optimized content, identify brand participation opportunities in industry conversations, lead organic social media content development and execution (calendar, posting, community management), analyze performance data and use insights for strategy adjustments, and develop benchmarks/best practices for social media campaign success.
A Bachelor’s degree (Marketing preferred) and at least six years of experience managing social media for a brand/company or agency experience are required. Comprehensive knowledge of social media concepts and principles, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution are essential.
