What You’ll Do

Social Media

  • Develop content strategies for various social platforms, including both video and static content.
  • Oversee community engagement by managing comments, direct messages, and brand interactions.
  • Schedule and post content across all social media channels.
  • Assist in producing and editing short- and long-form video content for social media.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends and influencers to enhance engagement and audience growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for strategic improvement.

Livestreams

  • Lead and manage livestream initiatives across social media platforms and the Adore Me website, ensuring impactful engagement for key monthly events.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Build and utilize dashboards to track performance, providing in-depth analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Propose and implement innovative social media strategies, projects, and experiences with measurable results.
  • Conduct competitor research and industry benchmarking to identify best practices beyond Instagram and expand opportunities across platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align on goals and execute initiatives effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Portfolio Submission Required: Share links to social media accounts you have managed or a personal portfolio showcasing your work.
  • No Cover Letter Needed: Instead, provide a brief bullet-point summary of your experience and motivations.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience managing or working on social media projects, with strong knowledge of social media editing tools and performance metrics.
  • Passion for Social Media & Pop Culture: Stay ahead of trends, test new platform features, and continuously adapt strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data to drive insights.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision are key in all aspects of content creation and reporting.
  • Visual Eye: A strong sense of aesthetics in photography and graphic design.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while fostering collaboration within the team.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
