Social Media Coordinator – Crunch Fitness

Crunch Fitness, a rapidly growing franchisee with over 50 locations (and expanding to 100+), seeks an energetic and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. We’re looking for someone passionate about health and fitness to help us connect with our members and promote our “No Judgments” philosophy.

About Crunch Fitness:

Crunch Fitness combines fitness and entertainment, creating a fun and inclusive environment. Our gyms feature state-of-the-art equipment, a weight room, locker rooms, tanning, HydroMassage, and a wide variety of classes, including Zumba, BodyWeb with TRX, and Yoga.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor comments and messages across all social media pages (currently 35+ locations).
  • Create engaging social media content to drive engagement and inquiries.
  • Increase participation and revenue across departments (group fitness, personal training) through social media.
  • Coordinate social media initiatives, giveaways, and contests for open clubs.
  • Report on daily metrics.
  • Complete monthly analytics reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of social media experience preferred.
  • Video filming and editing skills a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Drive programs (Sheets, Docs, Presentations, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, project management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills for analyzing metrics and creating reports.
