Your Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies for both B2C and B2B markets across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Craft engaging, persuasive copy for both consumer and business audiences while creating compelling visual content.
- Planning & Organization: Manage content calendars, schedule posts and campaigns, and ensure deadlines are met for both B2C and B2B communication.
- Community Management: Engage with our community of music fans and industry professionals, responding to questions and interactions.
- Website Management: Keep concert and festival information up to date on our website, along with relevant B2B content.
- Email Marketing: Plan, write, and send newsletters and email campaigns via our CRM system for both fans and business partners.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance, email campaigns, and website traffic, using data to optimize results.
- B2B Brand Building: Strengthen Friendly Fire’s position as a key B2B brand in the music and events industry through targeted content and communication.
Who Are You?
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, and copywriting, with expertise in both B2C and B2B communication.
- Strong copywriting skills—you can craft flawless, engaging texts that resonate with different audiences.
- Excellent organizational abilities, managing multiple projects without missing deadlines.
- Proficiency with marketing, communication, design, and collaboration tools is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset, with an eye for detail in both visual and written content.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Passion for music and live events is a big advantage!
