About the job

The selected resources will support our Federal Government client for the implementation of components, products, and solutions under multiple Digital Business Enablement Services (DBES) projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, integrate, and implement ServiceNow platform capabilities for service delivery and case management.
  • Design and deliver advanced solutions in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) modules.
  • Develop HRSD Employee Relations management workflows.
  • Work on Portal Development, including design and configuration.
  • Create Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting capabilities.
  • Perform platform implementations, enhancements, and migrations.
  • Collaborate with teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Integrate third-party software and APIs to enhance platform capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow platform development, including case management and service delivery.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HRSD and WSD modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and HTML.
  • Experience developing automated test cases using ATF.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with reporting, dashboards, and platform migrations.
  • Strong understanding of third-party software integration and APIs.
  • Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Portal Development experience is preferred.
