Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical implementation and configuration of ServiceNow.

• Collaborate on the design and development of ServiceNow applications and solutions.

• Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals and progress.

• Work independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating initiative and ownership of tasks.

• Ensure attention to detail and maintain a deep understanding of relational database concepts.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and its modules (e.g., ITOM, HRSD).

• Solid experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Angular, HTML).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Eligibility:

• Active SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance is a requirement for this role.
