Role Purpose
Working in a fast paced and results- driven environment, our Snr Supply Planners work daily to influence a wide stakeholder map to deliver great performance. This is a highly interconnected role within our Operations team, where you are empowered to own your scope, and you can see the team’s impact on KPIs on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities include
- Manage stock to targeted inventory levels for total portfolio of around 180 products
- Provide regular supply outlooks and communicate out of stocks to relevant stakeholders with clear commentary around root cause and mitigating actions
- Take the lead to proactively mitigate supply issues
- Decision maker on appropriate target stock levels
- Own and proactively monitor shelf life challenges, waste and inventory to meet business targets
- Plan deployment to Ireland and manage inventory within tight capacity thresholds, whilst avoiding both waste and supply issues
- Key stakeholder management and point of escalation for issues
- Supply planning lead in any projects
- Be the cross-functional lead for new launches, switches and delists
