Key Responsibilities
- Performance Optimization: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive supply chain success, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analytics Leadership: Design and maintain advanced models and dashboards by integrating internal and external data to generate meaningful business insights.
- Operational Efficiency: Leverage advanced data analysis and system optimization techniques to enhance business processes, including Integrated Business Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing Scheduling, Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, and Capacity & Materials Planning.
- Project Management: Partner with senior leadership to manage and execute analytics initiatives that support strategic objectives. Translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions and process enhancements. Take ownership of projects while providing technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- One to three years of experience in a relevant role.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with advanced supply chain modeling and planning systems (e.g., JDA/Blue Yonder).
- Familiarity with MES/ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Advanced data analysis skills, with experience using R, Python, SQL, and PL/SQL.
