Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the development, automation, and optimization of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Define and enforce Salesforce DevOps best practices to enhance deployment and release processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration with external systems and enterprise platforms.
  • Partner with Data, Marketing, and Product Engineering teams to manage data imports, improve sales workflows, and establish data governance standards.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions, engaging directly with stakeholders.
  • Mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure platform reliability at scale.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
  • Proven ability to lead DevOps transformations and enhance engineering workflows.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence Salesforce direction while actively contributing to development.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including Sprint and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business leaders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce observability and system monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency in additional technologies such as Python, TypeScript, React, or C#.
