Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for business development.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Manage assigned territories efficiently, ensuring all leads are pursued and nurtured.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and territory management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and identifying new market opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently.
