What You’ll Do

Lead business development efforts, establishing Ridgeline’s presence in the asset management industry and securing new accounts.

Drive net-new sales, managing the full cycle from prospecting to closing while ensuring a strong and progressing pipeline.

Coordinate sales efforts by working cross-functionally with teams in pre-sales, value management, marketing, and sales support.

Apply consultative selling strategies to build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients and executive decision-makers.

Position Ridgeline as the modern, cloud-based alternative to outdated legacy systems in the investment management industry.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring proper forecasting and progress tracking.

Travel frequently (~33%) to develop and strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Think strategically, identify solutions, and communicate effectively throughout the sales process.

Contribute to a collaborative, transparent environment that values learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
Desired Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in technology-based enterprise sales.

5+ years in a quota-carrying role with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

Expertise in managing strategic accounts and cultivating relationships at the C-suite level.

Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and time management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Eager to learn and stay ahead of cutting-edge technologies in investment management.

Compensation & Benefits

Target OTE (On-Target Earnings): $305,000 – $335,000 (final amount based on experience and expertise).
