Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and renewal targets

  • Demonstrate the value and functionality of Tax & Accounting solutions to clients

  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to drive sales strategies

  • Provide exceptional customer support to strengthen client relationships

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Account Development Representatives, and Solutions Consultants to drive strategic growth

  • Leverage sales automation tools and data insights to enhance prospect engagement

  • Participate in sales meetings and industry events as required


About You

We are looking for a motivated and driven professional with:

  • 5+ years of proven success in SaaS sales as an Account Executive

  • A strong and consistent track record of exceeding quotas

  • Hands-on experience with SaaS sales strategies and techniques

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for virtual sales meetings

  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • A self-motivated and ambitious mindset with high energy and initiative

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and overall tech aptitude

  • A continuous learning mindset, with flexibility and a positive attitude

  • High integrity and strong sales ethics

Compensation & Pay Transparency

Thomson Reuters offers a competitive total compensation package, including:

  • Base salary + performance-based sales incentives

  • Target total cash compensation range: $178,500 – $331,500 (varies by location)

  • Compensation is determined by experience, skills, and market alignment
