In This Role, You Will:

  • Contribute to maintaining the financial integrity of the company’s CPX ancillary revenues, assets (such as accounts receivables), and liabilities (including deferred revenue). This encompasses various revenue streams like ticket sales, food and beverage, and merchandise.
  • Review and create documentation for CPX agreements, which involves interpreting contractual terms and ensuring compliance with our accounting policies.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational processes and integrate new systems.
  • Carry out monthly closing tasks, including revenue entries and reconciliations.
  • Manage additional ancillary workflows, such as live events and music royalties.
  • Develop analytics and establish processes to support this expanding area of the business.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple teams across the organization, including Legal, Finance, Licensing, Tax, and Engineering.

Education and Experience:

  • At least 6+ years of accounting experience, either in public accounting or in-house/corporate accounting; a CPA license is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to handle and analyze large data sets.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of driving process improvements.
