Job Title: Senior Python Developer

Location: Belleville, New Jersey- Hybrid

Duration: Full-time

Must: FIX Income and Asset management experience is a MUST

Job Description:

What you can expect

  • Design, build, and maintain data services that are critical to our applications.
  • Design and implement investment decisions and strategy-supporting services across all fixed-income domains.
  • Maintain and enhance existing portfolio management applications in Java, Python, and React

What you will bring

  • 10+ years of experience in developing portfolio management systems with Python and SQL
  • Strong fixed-income knowledge and experience in portfolio and trading model construction
  • In-depth knowledge of datasets from Bloomberg, MSCI, ICE, JPM, S&P, Moody’s Reuters, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-moving and dynamic environments
  • Proactive and ownership mentality
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with SDLC tools such as Git, Jira, Docker, Jenkins, etc.
  • Java experience

  • Azure Cloud experience.
  • Investment universe customization and back-testing
  • Direct experience supporting front office end-users (PM, Quant).
  • Experience with building microservices using Spring boot framework.
  • Experience in building web applications using React

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $170K/year to $190K/year with benefits
