Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of a product marketing strategy and value proposition for our suite of solutions in the targeted market.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment between product features, roadmaps, and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the aerospace and defense sector, particularly in AI, data analytics, and database technologies.
- Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that clearly communicates the unique benefits and capabilities of our technology, differentiating it in the market.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, coordinating with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Support analyst relations efforts through briefing preparation, research submissions, and inquiry responses.
- Partner with the Product-Led Growth team on market expertise, influencer programs, and community engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with the Content Marketing team to create high-quality materials, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, website content, and sales enablement assets.
- Assist the Demand Generation team in executing campaigns focused on lead acquisition and product adoption.
- Provide training and support to sales teams, equipping them with the knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our products.
- Lead Voice of Customer initiatives to gain insights from key personas and refine messaging and product offerings.
- Track and analyze product marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in the aerospace & defense technology industry, preferably with data analytics, database products, AI/ML, or related software.
- Proven ability to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of time series databases and the ability to translate technical capabilities into tangible customer value.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience in product launch planning and execution, along with proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and data-driven, with a strong focus on leveraging metrics and KPIs for decision-making.
