This role can be based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco, CA.

The Jobs Marketplace team is the team that matches our hiring customers to prospective candidates via jobs on LinkedIn. This PM will focus on raising the bar on how we deliver value to our customers by improving our value delivery optimization systems.

Responsibilities
- Empathize with problems job seekers and hirers face, and identify the highest impact problems to be solved
- Make data-driven decisions on how best to solve marketplace challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Drive product strategy, planning, and detailed product requirements
- Partner across the hiring ecosystem to grow our understanding of customer value
- Contribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learning
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in product management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on AI-driven advertising optimization systems – e.g., bidding, pacing, RoI optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull and analyze data
- MS degree in a technology-related field
- Ability to collaborate and lead strategy across multiple teams with strong systems thinking
