As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. What You’ll Do
Data-Driven Product Decisions
Requires knowledge of product and feature analytics, data analysis tools, documentation procedures, and emerging industry trends. You will support data analytics for a product/feature, collecting and evaluating metrics such as acquisition cost, conversion rate, adoption, active users, feature usage, user churn, net promoter score, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
Driving Customer & Client Needs
Requires knowledge of customer and business problems, design thinking, journey mapping, process optimization, and communication techniques. You will research customer needs, build strong customer connections, deliver customer value, and optimize processes to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
Product Roadmap & Development
Requires knowledge of roadmap development techniques, Agile methodologies, MVP creation, and product lifecycles. You will create and own a structured product roadmap, align cross-functional teams, manage tradeoff decisions, and drive the launch and iteration of features through an MVP approach.
Product Vision & Strategy
Requires knowledge of business strategy, customer segmentation, market trends, rapid prototyping, and go-to-market strategies. You will define product vision, explore new opportunities, guide team members, and communicate the strategy effectively to drive product success.
Influencing & Building Stakeholder Consensus
Requires knowledge of communication techniques, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building skills. You will build a professional network, collaborate cross-functionally, and articulate product recommendations to stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
Technology Orientation
Requires knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, software quality assurance, and emerging tech trends. You will oversee technology requirements, represent technical needs, drive feasibility discussions, and leverage competitive insights to enhance product features.
In-Depth Domain Expertise
Requires knowledge of domain-specific tools, methodologies, and market standards. You will assess product maturity, identify innovation opportunities, and stay updated with industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range:
- San Bruno, CA: $117,000 – $234,000
- Bentonville, AR: $90,000 – $180,000

Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field + 5 years of product management experience
- Option 2: 7 years of product management experience in lieu of a degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 4+ years of experience managing large-scale B2B/B2C products
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and accessibility best practices
- Experience integrating digital accessibility into product development
