Your experience and skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required
8 -10 years of related work experience with at least 3 years working on technology-powered products as either a senior product manager, product owner, or product designer is required
Product delivery expertise and an understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and delivery is required
Experience with Agile or other methodologies and an understanding of the value of iterative delivery and how it results in incremental benefits, improvements, and value from each release cycle is required
Strong technical acumen is required, while not a software engineer, you understand the technical challenges and complexities associated with delivery
Strong business acumen with multiple functional areas of business such as CX, Finance, Sales, Marketing is required
Understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies is required
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix organization is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of assessing risk, using good judgement to devise solutions to difficult problems, and laying out an argument in a well structured, data-informed written narrative is required
Digital savviness with PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, JIRA, Google or Adobe Analytics is required
Proficiency with design software such as Figma is preferred
Outstanding communication and presentation skills to articulate product vision and strategy to diverse stakeholders is required
Financial industry experience is preferred
Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset

Salary
This position is posted with an expected salary range of $120000 – $135000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
