Responsibilities
- Drive collaboration and alignment across multiple teams at Chewy to execute impactful product decisions.
- Leverage expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to gain deep insights into how customers interact with our advertising products.
- Partner with software and data engineers, business leaders, and peer teams to develop and execute the product roadmap, measure success, and communicate progress across the organization.
- Work closely with Engineering, User Research, Design, and other teams to identify challenges, uncover trends, and seize new opportunities.
- Assess risks, identify growth opportunities, and ensure accountability for key performance indicators in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Clearly communicate product strategy, updates, and outcomes to key stakeholders across Chewy.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the advertising space.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale projects from inception to completion, successfully managing risks and launching impactful products.
- Strong sense of ownership and drive to ensure successful product outcomes.
- Experience working in an agile development environment, particularly with Scrum methodologies, and building strong relationships with engineering leadership.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with engineers while simplifying complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong background in customer experience, particularly in digital products.
- Familiarity with data transfer mechanisms such as APIs and FTPs.
- Prior experience in advertising technology is a plus but not required.
- E-commerce or retail software experience is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation is an advantage.
