Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the coordination, writing, and production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and design.

Manage and maintain marketing databases such as Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint and Creative Cloud, ensuring up-to-date and accessible resources.

Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to gather and refine content.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines while communicating progress to Partners, Principals, Directors, and Project Managers.

Develop and update key marketing assets, including resumes, project sheets, and web content.

Take initiative on special marketing initiatives, such as social media, public relations, and outreach campaigns.

Liaise with internal operational departments to support marketing efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

5+ years of marketing experience within an architecture, engineering, or construction firm.

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.

Strong graphic design and layout skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, resolving challenges proactively.

Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and quality.

A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to mentor and support colleagues.
Compensation & Benefits:
At Beyer Blinder Belle, we offer competitive and equitable compensation. The base salary range for this role is $85,000 – $90,000, with additional performance-based bonuses and salary adjustments.
