Role Purpose:
To ensure best in class Paid Social strategy by driving forward department initiatives, whilst ensuring we’re on top of our game with latest trends and insights. Establishing transparent, consistent and fair relationships with team members to drive integration between departments.
What you will do:
- Lead multi-department projects, ensuring paid social strategies integrate seamlessly with broader marketing initiatives
- Mentor managers and specialists, ensuring the team’s long-term success and growth
- Lead new business pitches, showcasing expertise in paid social and integrated strategies
- Build relationships with platform partners to hit joint business goals
- Develop new paid social services to address evolving client needs, such as influencer integrations or advanced targeting strategies
- Lead paid social delivery for major accounts, ensuring strategies align with both client and business objectives
- Advise senior client stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations and addressing complex challenges
- Identify and integrate emerging tools and methodologies to stay ahead of social and industry trends
- Understand the latest customer attitudes to inform social strategies and maintain competitiveness
- Implement best practices across the team to enhance productivity, scalability, and results

Requirements:
- You have at least seven years of experience in Paid Social
- You have a proven record of excellent people management
- You have an innovation mindset and a passion for improving processes
- You can define a strategy and work with a team to make that strategy come to life
- You have hands-on experience and technical knowledge building relationships with platforms, including Meta and TikTok
- You have a passion for data, an analytical mindset and love all things social
- You understand the role Paid Social and creator content play in the wider social strategy
- You love building a rapport with people and build productive relationships
- You understand how to utilise new industry developments and technology
- You’re a confident communicator
- You’re self-motivated and ambitious with a positive “can-do” attitude
