Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with brand and business objectives, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.
  • Create compelling, personalized brand experiences across digital platforms to attract and retain target audiences while fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design digital initiatives that support overall business goals.
  • Oversee website design, functionality, and user experience to drive engagement and maximize conversion rates.
  • Manage SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and lead SEM campaigns for targeted traffic and lead generation.
  • Implement and optimize inbound marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for the business.
  • Partner with the Content & Communications team and business units to develop and execute an impactful digital media strategy.
  • Expand A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and cultivate a data-driven marketing culture.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and continuously analyze metrics to refine strategies for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop insightful dashboards to communicate marketing performance and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and technology stack, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for optimal impact.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering professional growth and high performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in B2B digital marketing, with expertise in website management, email marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and execute successful digital marketing strategies that generate strong marketing-qualified leads.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including experience with Adobe’s CMS, CRM, Analytics, and E-Commerce platforms, as well as social media management tools and SEO/SEM software.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales through distribution channels, manufacturer representatives, or direct sales, with additional retail experience being advantageous.
  • Management experience is highly preferred.
