About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee and coordinate care teams across Wiltshire, ensuring high-quality support for our clients. This hybrid role is based in Salisbury, with flexibility for remote work. If you’re passionate about leadership and making a meaningful impact, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Manager
- Lead, mentor, and manage care teams to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Oversee operations across multiple care divisions, maintaining compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and staff to develop personalized care plans.
- Implement staff training and mentoring programs, fostering professional development.
- Monitor and evaluate service quality, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure all processes align with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements for the Senior Manager Role
- Proven experience in team management, leadership, and healthcare operations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of mental health care regulations and best practices.
- Experience in staff training and mentorship programs.
- Degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
- Relevant certifications such as Mental Health First Aid or Crisis Intervention preferred (training provided via our Stepping Stones Training Academy).
