Renishaw have embarked on an ambitious programme to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 across our global subsidiary network, and we are looking for a motivated IT Project Manager who will contribute to the delivery of the programme by helping with the deployment of D365 and other essential IT projects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage Dynamics 365 deployment projects, alongside implementation partners and Microsoft resources.
  • Manage other IT projects from requirements through to delivery and adoption, working with Renishaw teams and external partners.
  • Create and update project plans and documentation, following compliance and good practices.
  • Solve problems and ensure tasks are done on time, within budget and to high standards.
  • Report regularly on project progress and risks, adapting your communication style to the audience.
  • Learn from experience and provide feedback to improve our processes and performance.
  • Keep project teams motivated and engaged.
  • Consider the human impact of change and communicate well with project stakeholders.

 

Key requirements

  • Successful track record of managing multiple technology projects, ideally ERP, through different stages of their lifecycle, using a range of methodologies, e.g. agile and waterfall.
  • Competent using a variety of project management tools and systems, including DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines and associated tooling.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Good understanding of key concepts, solutions and technology associated with IT operations, development, and security.
