What We Look for in a Senior Healthcare Assistant
Essential Requirements:
Experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant or extensive care experience in learning disability and autism settings.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle challenging behaviors.
Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a good sense of humor.
Willingness to support residents with personal care.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexible, reliable, and professional approach.
Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK full-time. Student and Skilled Worker Visas (20-hour contracts) cannot be accepted.
