Ro, a direct-to-patient healthcare company, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to contribute to their mission of delivering accessible and effective care. This role focuses on developing web experiences and a telemedicine platform that serves patients nationwide.

About the Role:

You will drive the architecture, design, and implementation of new features for Ro’s web platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the technical roadmap, and mentor engineers.

What You’ll Do:

Drive architecture, design, and implementation of web features.
Collaborate with engineers, product, and design teams.
Ideate on user experience improvements.
Contribute to the team’s architectural vision.
Participate in code reviews and technical design.

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

5+ years of software engineering experience.
Proficiency in Python and React/TypeScript.
Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
Passion for continuous learning.

Compensation:

$179,400 to $212,000 (base salary range), plus equity and benefits.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: Tri-state (NY) area employees work at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Remote: Employees outside the tri-state area can work remotely with in-person collaborations throughout the year.
