Senior Finance Analyst | Drive Commercial Growth & Insights
Are you a data-driven Senior Finance Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to shape financial strategy? Citadel Source is partnering exclusively with PGL Travel, a market leader in activity camps and school trips, to expand their FP&A team. This role supports the high-performing commercial team by delivering actionable insights on sales and margin performance, driving sustainable profit growth. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will lead budget and forecast processes while managing key sales and cost reporting.
Senior Finance Analyst | Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for PGL sales and direct selling costs (e.g., transport).
- Own and enhance the sales and margin reporting suite, providing data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnering
- Build strong relationships across the PGL commercial team.
- Work closely with leadership to improve the profitability of individual products.
- Provide challenge and support to drive sales and margin growth.
Strategic Decision-Making
- Develop and maintain reporting tools that enable informed decision-making.
- Deliver accurate reports on sales trends and cost management.
- Align financial planning principles with business goals.
What You Bring
Experience as a Senior Finance Analyst or similar role.
Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
