The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid advertising & digital marketing efforts across Amazon, Look Fantastic & tangleteezer.com. You will lead the strategic direction and development of our digital marketing, overseeing the management & implementation of PPC, paid social & display campaigns. You will collaborate closely with various departments, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and organisational goals.
In This Role You’ll Get To
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and nurture talent in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Responsible for one direct report.
- Paid Media Expertise: Develop, execute, and optimise PPC, paid social, and display campaigns to achieve lead generation and sales targets.
- Strategic Oversight: Drive overarching digital marketing strategies that align with market KPIs, incorporating SEO and other channels as part of a holistic approach.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with business objectives, providing clear reporting and actionable insights.
- Agency Management: Working alongside Sales team, oversee external agencies to execute, measure & report on digital marketing campaigns, maximising reach & generating revenue.
- Performance Focus: Continuously analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring exceptional ROI.
- Content Management: Lead the design, performance, and continuous improvement of all digital marketing assets and content.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Successfully nurture relationships with key internal teams, including Sales, Social, Marketing and Creative.
What We Are Looking For In You
- Extensive experience with Amazon eco-system essential for success in role across UK & EU
- Experience in digital marketing within retail, beauty, lifestyle or a similar sector preferred but not essential.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategy development, with a track record of driving traffic and long term revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital campaign management, optimisation & reporting.
- Experience owning & leading paid social marketing, CRM & D2C preferred but not essential
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Experience with budget management and reporting
- Effective time management and ability to multitask
- Team player with proven experience working cross-functionally
