Senior Digital Marketing Manager – B2B | IT Software Industry
Location: Vaughan, Ontario, Canada ((Hybrid Role))
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager with extensive B2B experience in the IT software industry. The ideal candidate will excel in strategizing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, leveraging advanced tools and techniques to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored to IT software B2B markets.
- Optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and the company website to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
- Plan and execute data-driven integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and impactful messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Technical Oversight & Analytics:
- Leverage advanced tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for performance tracking and ROI measurement.
- Utilize A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to continuously refine campaigns.
- Generate detailed analytical reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as lead conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and customer acquisition costs.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and automation tools for marketing.
Agency Management & Collaboration:
- Act as the primary liaison with SEO/SEM agencies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of agency deliverables, budgets, and campaign performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to strict timelines and high-quality execution of all external agency initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create cohesive, high-impact campaigns that resonate with technical B2B audiences.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align digital marketing strategies with broader business objectives and growth plans.
Innovation & Market Expertise:
- Research and implement cutting-edge marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Explore new platforms, techniques, and channels to maximize outreach and engagement in the IT software space.
- Act as a thought leader within the company, advocating for the latest innovations in digital transformation and marketing automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on B2B and the IT software industry.
- Proven success in managing digital campaigns with measurable ROI in a B2B SaaS or IT environment.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and SEM platforms.
- Proficient in marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and external vendors effectively.
