Key Responsibilities:
- Drive pre- and post-contract project leadership.
- Manage and inspire contractors across your projects.
- Develop project timelines in Microsoft Project.
- Handle financial aspects of your own projects.
- Lead major project commissions, overseeing all service elements.
- Engage in business development and marketing to fuel growth.
- Assist in tender preparation.
What You Bring:
- Proven track record in a construction-related PM role.
- Skilled in Design & Build, warranties, and lease agreements.
- Strong client relations and team management experience.
- Knowledge across all project stages, from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Qualifications like RICS, MAPM, or MCIOB preferred.
