CK Group is proud to partner exclusively with an innovative biotechnology company based in central London as they establish their Clinical Science function. This is a high-impact role for an experienced Clinical Scientist / Clinical Development Scientist, offering the opportunity to shape early-phase oncology development in a dynamic and visible position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and review of protocol synopses, protocols, and amendments.
- Provide scientific oversight for early-phase oncology trials and interpret clinical study data.
- Contribute to key regulatory documents, including Investigator Brochures, INDs, CTAs, NDAs, and safety reports.
- Support the development of asset strategy, including target product profiles and trial design.
- Engage in academic and commercial collaborations, ensuring effective data communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- An advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine.
- Extensive industry experience in early-phase oncology clinical development.
- Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies, regulatory guidelines, and GCP.
- Proactive, cross-functional leader with a passion for innovation and team collaboration.
- Expertise in biostatistics and data analysis.
- A proven track record in developing study protocols and regulatory documents for global Phase 1 and 2 oncology trials.
