Client Sales Representative – EMEA, US & APAC

Role Overview

As part of our Client Sales team, you will play a key role in managing web-based activities for existing subscription clients across EMEA, the US, and APAC, excluding the top 500 accounts. Your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships, driving engagement, and maximizing service value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with existing accounts through regular outreach, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify and target key sectors in collaboration with the Sales Team Leader, leveraging company data and insights.
  • Schedule and conduct multiple virtual meetings daily with decision-makers from relevant organizations.
  • Keep internal teams informed of all client interactions, market developments, and opportunities through both informal communication and structured reporting.
  • Manage sales support tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Deliver compelling, well-researched sales presentations tailored to prospective customers, including market analysis and personalized service demonstrations.
  • Engage with Client Executives and trial users to demonstrate the value of our products and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring best practices in internal sales processes.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect fund managers, institutional investors, and service providers.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and product developments through internal collaboration and independent research.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (essential).
  • Interest in Private Equity and enthusiasm to learn about the industry (essential).
  • Experience in customer engagement and client interaction.
