Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the business to gather and analyze requirements.
- Lead system enhancements, including API development and integration.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify necessary changes to processes, procedures, and systems.
- Act as a bridge between business teams, technical teams, and third-party providers.
- Provide expert guidance on API integration.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with development teams to design, test, and implement API solutions.
Experience & Skills Required
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong knowledge of API development and integration.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Background in Financial Services (preferred).
- Business Analyst qualification (e.g., BCS International Diploma in BA).
- A collaborative and approachable team player.
