Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience in analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions for driving improvements and finding solutions; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in querying databases using tools such as SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, or SQL Server.
- Proven ability to identify operational issues and develop effective strategies for resolution.
- Experience in communicating business analysis results and their impact to business leaders.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word (e.g., inserting headers, page breaks, tables, and adjusting columns).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using functions like SUM, setting borders, inserting charts, text wrapping, sorting, and print scaling).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., applying themes, formatting text, inserting images, adding transitions, and customizing slides).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or MBA.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Experience in Retail Pharmacy.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for collecting and summarizing data to provide insightful analysis that supports Pharmacy & Retail Operations management in strategic planning and program development. The position requires a deep understanding of business processes related to all aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations. It involves conducting complex analyses to evaluate the cost-benefit of proposed programs, supporting initiatives in process improvement, strategy development, industry trends, competitive analysis, and company positioning. The role also involves managing complex ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed.
