What You’ll Do
- Coordinate cross-functional processes and departments, driving innovation projects.
- Identify future market trends, developments, and customer expectations, transforming them into business growth opportunities.
- Support Sales and Marketing teams in launching new technologies, projects, and products through in-depth market, product, and customer insights.
- Analyze and develop future business scenarios, mapping out new growth strategies with investment and timing considerations.
- Create and oversee strategy maps and customer roadmaps to drive profitable growth at global, regional, and local levels.
- Implement and adapt strategies for product and technology positioning while defining training and promotional needs in collaboration with Marketing.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Key Account Management (KAM), and Business Development teams to align activities and initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong customer and market relationships, participating in relevant events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
- Develop and apply business analysis tools, delivering market and competitive intelligence.
- Gather and communicate key insights on product, technology, application, and business model needs to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure Business Development Managers (BDMs), Sales, and KAM teams have clear business, market, and customer insights to prioritize activities effectively.
- Manage external agency partnerships for brand and strategy development.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in a marketing management role, with a preference for consumer-facing industries.
- Strong executive presence.
- Expertise in brand communication and activation.
- Proficiency in financial planning and budgeting.
