Cosmetic/Skincare organization is looking to hire a Senior Accountant to their team. They are based in Manhattan and are in the office on a hybrid schedule, so are seeking locally based candidates only.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review account reconciliations including but not limited to inventory, cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Record monthly journal entries as needed
- Perform closing processes during the month and at the month-end close
- Review reconciliations prepared by consultants in outsourced areas
- Prepare information required to complete the year-end audit and quarterly tax reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics etc.
- CPA Required
- 4+ years’ of professional accounting experience or audit experience from top 10 public accounting firm
