Security Operative Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols across hospital sites to prevent security threats
- Respond to incidents, using PMVA de-escalation techniques when necessary
- Monitor CCTV operations in compliance with security regulations
- Support incident investigations and assist law enforcement when needed
- Communicate effectively via two-way radios, intercoms, and security systems
