Key Responsibilities
- Create, organise, and present engaging, challenging lessons for students in Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Evaluate, document, and communicate student growth, achievement, and progress.
- Preserve order in the classroom by managing it constructively and with a laser:like focus.
- Participate in curriculum:related activities and contribute to the curriculums development in schools.
- At parents evenings and other gatherings, provide guardians and parents feedback on their childs growth.
- Remain informed about any modifications or advancements made to the curriculums structure.
- Serve as a mentor to students, offering assistance and direction for both their academic and personal growth.
Qualifications And Skills Needed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
- Have 2 proven professional references.
- Hold an enhanced DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing for one.
- A degree in a pertinent field of study.
- Experience instructing secondary school students.
- Proficiency in the national curriculum of the United Kingdom.
- Outstanding classroom administration abilities.
- The capacity to establish a setting that stimulates curiosity and learning.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Dedication to lifelong learning and professional development.
