Responsibilities – Panasonic SCM Planner

Panasonic Procurement Corporation of America (PPA), headquartered in Torrance, California, collaborates with Panasonic Energy of North America (PENA) and Tesla, Inc. at the Gigafactory near Reno, Nevada—one of the largest advanced battery manufacturing facilities in the world. To prepare for this, PPA is establishing procurement processes and logistics infrastructure to support operations at this new facility.

At PPA, our mission is to drive Operational Excellence as the procurement platform for Panasonic Group in North America. We do this by leveraging expertise in global supply chain management, ensuring seamless procurement operations, buy-and-sell functions, logistics, supplier development, and delivering innovative solutions to overcome procurement challenges.
