THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a collaborative team of Salesforce Developers, guiding on establishing processes for deployment, testing, and overall workflow. You will work closely with various departments such as sales and marketing to align engineering efforts with business needs. This person will also oversee the re-design of customer journeys with Salesforce being the core of the application, central hub, and platform.
